Shipping & Returns Policies

 

Processing times

On average, processing times are 4-7 days. However, Orders that include trees or maps could take 3-4 weeks to process. We encourage you to contact us if you have a deadline when you need your order, we will try to work out the processing times to the best of our ability. Please do not contact us every day to find out an ETA for your order, it takes time out of processing orders to reply to inquiries about ETA. Rest assure your order is being processed. If there is a problem with the order or we need additional information from you, we will send you an message/email.

Your order processing looks like this:
AWAITING FULFILLMENT: It means it is on cue to be processed but hasn't already started.
AWAITING SHIPMENT: It means it has started being processed but it is not ready for shipping just yet.
SHIPPED: Parcel Label has been created and the order most likely will be in the mail within hours.

About my products

All my products are handmade in the United States of America. I use quality vinyl and adhesive materials. Wall removable vinyl is manufactured by Oracal. IMPORTANT: During shipping the vinyl is exposed to extreme cold temperatures that might damage the adhesive. I recommend to all customers to keep the package away from the weather elements (sun, snow, rain, wind, cold, heat) and to allow time for the decal to be expose to room temperatures for several hours before attempting installation. We also suggest to install the decals within 30 days of delivery in order to obtain a full guarantee for the products.

My products adhere to almost every surface, however, I cannot guarantee that the product will work with all kinds of paints, If the paint you use on your wall contains any Teflon or silicon, usually promoted as anti-stain or stain resistant, the vinyl will fall of the wall a few minutes/hours after adhering to it.

BEFORE PURCHASING: Please contact me right away if you don't know what kind of paint you have. PLEASE REQUEST A SAMPLE AFTER PURCHASE IS MADE before your order is processed. Samples should be requested within 24 hours of making the purchase. If upon receiving the samples and trying the application these happen to fall off your wall or don't' stick properly I will refund your account minus a $5 fee (to cover samples and shipping)

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The majority of orders are shipped on Priority Mail tubes for Domestic shipping and white tubes for First Class International to every corner of the world. Those customers who require express shipping will always purchase the express shipping on a different listing. Our estimated handling time is 4-7 business days on most items. Larger orders (trees) might take 1 to 3 weeks or more depending on the size of the order and the product.

All my items are made to order, which means I do not keep anything in stock, I cut it and print it just for you. Sometimes I might run a few days behind. In that case, please contact me if I haven't contacted you already.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I gladly ship to most countries (I do not ship to South Africa, the packages are never delivered), however, I will not be held responsible for orders not delivered due to problems with customs or the post office in the country destination. Those who want to track international orders will have to let me know before shipping and upgrade to Priority International shipment which might take less time but it might cost 3 times more than First Class International. I am glad to accommodate international requests but be advise there will be no refund for packages not delivered or customs fees impose to the delivery of your order.


Refunds and Exchanges


All sales of custom made products (customized to fit your exact measurements or personalized with names or other labels ARE FINAL. You may return most new, unopened items that are not custom or personalized within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Personalized or customized items cannot be returned.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


HOW PROBLEMS ARE SOLVED:


1) I cannot solve a problem that I am not aware of. Please communicate your problem to me and give me some time to address the situation. Remember on weekends I might not respond until Monday.
2) Read my policies and communicate with me for ANY kind of problems you might encounter.
3) Refunds are based on a case by case basis:
a) I do not issue refunds on personalized or customized products, but if the problem is that the parcel wasn't delivered, or it was damaged, I will send you a new item and I will file a case with USPS.
b) If the product does not work on your surfaces I might offer a refund, store credit, gift cards, or resend the original product in case of an installation problem, only if it is within 30 days from the time you receive the items. Please do not expect a refund 2 or 3 months after the delivery time. I will also include practice decals for you to try before installing the original piece and I strongly recommend you use them before installing the decal.
c) In case your application goes terribly wrong, I might provide you with a new product for you to re-install upon you contacting us. But only if you have read my policies and instructions first, and SEND ME A PICTURE OF THE DAMAGED DECAL. Please contact me with questions before attempting installation if you are not sure what to do. I will not send you another decal if you don't provide pictures of the damage.
d) If the product you have received is damaged, please provide with pictures to show the damage and I will re-send a new item to you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: International orders will receive refund or a new product ONLY when I have made a mistake on the order, such as shipping the wrong order, the wrong color, or the customization is wrong.

IMPORTANT: When you leave feedback you are voiding the option of receiving a refund.

Order Cancellations


You will be able to cancel your order within one hour of placing it. There will be no cancellations while the order is awaiting fulfillment, awaiting shipment or shipped.

If the paint you use on your wall contains any Teflon or silicon, usually promoted as anti-stain or stain prevention, the vinyl will fall of the wall a few minutes after adhering to it.

BEFORE PURCHASING: Please contact me right away if you don't know what kind of paint you have. Best paint for your wall if you want to apply vinyl decals: FLAT, the less fancy the better! Walmart or Menards brand will be optimal.
If you are in doubt of what paint you have, PLEASE REQUEST A SAMPLE AFTER PURCHASE IS MADE before your order is processed. Samples should be requested within 24 hours of making the purchase. If the samples fall of your wall or don't' stick properly I will refund your account minus a $5 fee (to cover samples and shipping)
Please convo me if you need to request samples. I will send color samples after purchase is made. Also I do not send proof of customizations before purchase is made, please finish your purchase and upon request, I will send you a proof of the customization you need.
